Kevin Wang is Principal Counsel at Shanghai Office. He mainly focuses on corporate and competition. Kevin has been advising clients in projects relating to corporate and M&A, competition, foreign direct investment since 2000.

Kevin has been extensively involved in cross-border projects such as merger & acquisition and group restructuring. He also advises companies on competition issues and merger control filing. He very often represents Chinese companies in their overseas investment projects.

Kevin joined the Shanghai Office in 2005. In 2008, he worked in the CMS Frankfurt Office. From 2018, he worked as legal director for a well-known Chinese electric vehicle company. In 2022, Kevin re-joined the Shanghai Office.
