Lukáš Hejduk is a partner and Head of CEE Real Estate and Construction at CMS. He also heads the Real Estate and Construction practice in the Czech Republic and is the head of the CEE Hotel & Leisure sector group in CEE. Lukáš also specialises in the hospitality sector.

He advises on all aspects of real estate mandates including real estate M&A, construction projects, development, leasing, sale and lease-back transactions, and greenfield investments. He specialises in complex property transactions and has extensive experience acting for international funds, private investors, developers, insurance providers and banks.

He leads the regional team on hospitality transactions and sector specific matters such as hotel management agreements, and hotel lease and franchise agreements. As such, he has been involved in mandates in the Czech Republic, CEE, the UK and Africa.
