Ágnes is senior counsel at our Budapest office. She specialises in intellectual property matters and is responsible for the Managed Legal Services hub.

Ágnes is particularly well known for providing commercial and IP law advice to clients and has represented clients before the IP authorities, CSOs and courts. She regularly handles infringement cases in both digital and offline environments, and assists clients in the optimising and safeguarding of their international IP portfolio. Ágnes has significant experience in advising clients from the TMT sector.

Agnes has extensive pratice in setting up and operating managed legal service projects by leading teams of multijurisdictional lawyers to provide cost-effective, scalable and flexible solutions to clients.

  • Microsoft on leading a managed legal services hub to support the client in Europe and beyond, by providing high-volume advice on commercial contract and licensing issues in multiple languages and covers 28 countries with a centre in Budapest; furthermore, assisting the client in relation to enforcing their IP rights in their commercial chain and in relation to IP license agreements with their commercial partners and customers.
  • A British multinational oil and gas company on leading a managed legal services hub to support the client globally with its procurement agreements, involving a review of thousands of small-to-high-risk contracts and advice on multiple complex software procurements.
  • Leading Hungarian low-cost airline on innovative legal solutions in commercial agreement management and data protection support, as well as reviewing and negotiating a range of low-to-high risk contracts.
