Massimo Alpigiani began his collaboration with the Firm in 2008. He currently works in the Consumer Products and Commercial contracts departments.

Working in the Milan office, he focuses his activity on commercial law and related litigation. He assists the firm's clients in matters relating to commercial disputes and activities relating to commercial contracts (T&Cs, agency and distribution, supply and services contracts related to consumer products).

Massimo also has a matured experience on Food Law Legislation, Product Labeling Legislation and food regulatory related issues.

He also assists clients as to the ongoing compliance of their contractual framework with both domestic and international legislation as well as in privacy and data protection fields.
