Immigration issues for Ukraine and Poland: online discussion with Q&A

Poland is the EU country that hosts the vast majority of Ukrainian refugees, many of whom are currently staying in Poland under differing legal statuses. Our CMS experts from Ukraine and Poland, Olga Belyakova and Agnieszka Kalwa, focus on recent developments in employment regulations in Ukraine during martial law, and specifically Polish labour law. 


Martial law in Ukraine is changing employment rules and causing challenges and implications for businesses. Poland is the EU country hosting the vast majority of Ukrainian refugees, who are currently staying in Poland in different statuses. Some are trying to wok to make a living or set up businesses.
