Olga Boltenko ist Mitglied der CMS International Arbitration Group und spezialisiert auf Investitionsschiedsverfahren. Sie ist eine erfahrene Parteivertreterin in Investor-Staat-Schiedsverfahren unter der Federführung des Ständigen Schiedshofs und war in zahlreichen Wirtschaftsstreitigkeiten als Sekretärin des Schiedsgerichts (Tribunal Secretary) tätig, sowohl in ad hoc als auch in institutionellen Verfahren (inklusive SIAC-, ICC-, HKIAC- und SCC-Schiedsordnung). Olga Boltenko hat Erfahrung mit einer Vielzahl von Branchen, u. a. Öl und Gas, Infrastruktur, Bau, Telekommunikation und Pharma. Sowohl am Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) als auch am Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA) ist sie auf dem Panel der Schiedsrichter gelistet.

Olga Boltenko kam im September 2016 als Legal Manager zu CMS in Hongkong. Zuvor war sie als Senior Associate bei Clifford Chance in Singapur tätig.
