  • Advising a globally active IT- and consulting firm on various labour related matters, as well as representing IBM in labour related dispute proceedings in Serbia.
  • Advising several international firms in relation to executive employment agreements.
  • Advising several international pharmaceutical companies on conclusion of employment contracts, termination of employment contracts and other labour related matters in Serbia.
  • Advising a pharmaceutical giant on various employment matters, including termination of employment contracts, sick leave, maternity leave, overtime work, rescheduling of working hours, unpaid leave and personal data protection.
  • Advising a Japanese manufacturer of test and measurement equipment on employment contracts and other labour related matters as a part of opening of their branch office in Serbia.
  • Advising an Austria construction company on adjustment of salaries and negotiations with the trade union, harmonisation of employment contracts with the construction sector collective agreement, termination of employment contracts, redundancy programmes and other employment related matters, as well as advising on a number of labour related disputes in Serbia.
