Saša Sodja is a partner and head of the corporate / M&A practice in CMS office in Ljubljana. Through 17 years of working experience, she has developed into a well-rounded transactional lawyer who provides all-round support and advice to international and domestic clients from various industries and backgrounds, all the way from organizing and managing an M&A deal team to post-merger integration.  

One pillar of her practice is providing legal and strategic advice to bidders, targets and shareholders in private and public M&A transactions. Another focus is to prepare and steer critical shareholder meetings that implement corporate reorganizations such as conversions, mergers, spin-offs and the squeeze-out of minority shareholders.
