Christopher Jordan berät deutsche und ausländische Unternehmen insbesondere zu arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen im Zusammenhang mit Umstrukturierungen und Outsourcings sowie zu Betriebsänderungen, insbesondere in Form von Personalanpassungsmaßnahmen. Dabei umfasst seine Expertise sowohl die betriebsverfassungs- als auch die tarifrechtlichen Fragen und schließt die Verhandlungen mit Betriebsräten und Gewerkschaften ein. Regelmäßig berät er Mandanten bei der Implementierung von Verhaltenskodizes (Codes of Conduct), zum Thema Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) sowie zum Arbeitnehmerdatenschutz und zu arbeitsrechtlichen Maßnahmen bei „Low Performance“.

Christopher Jordan schloss sich 2002 CMS an, seit 2010 ist er Partner der Sozietät. Zuvor war er in einer arbeitsrechtlichen Boutique sowie in einer US-amerikanischen Kanzlei tätig.
