CMS BELGRADE ADVISES BANCA INTESA ON REAL ESTATE PROJECT FINANCING FOR DELTA PLANET NIŠ SHOPPING MALL

CMS Belgrade has advised Banca Intesa Belgrade, the largest bank in Serbia, on the real estate project financing for the development of Delta Planet Niš shopping mall, which will be the largest shopping mall in Niš, covering 40,000m2. The new shopping center will have two levels and, according to Delta, will provide an unforgettable shopping experience, offering a large selection of international and local fashion brands, as well as restaurants, cafes, playrooms for children and more than 800 parking spaces.

Delta’s EUR 70-million-worth investment is currently in the construction phase and the opening is planned for 2021.

CMS Belgrade partners Ivan Gazdić and Milica Popović, with other team members, have provided legal support throughout the transaction.
