CMS Slovenia and CMS Serbia joined forces to support Sportina Group

CMS Slovenia and CMS Serbia joined forces to support Sportina Group, the largest fashion retailer in Central and Southeast Europe, in the process of implementing a new online sales channel by entering into cooperation with Shoppster, the e-commerce business that sells a variety of goods via a website and through a shopping-focused TV network. 

Our teams in Slovenia and Serbia assisted Sportina Group to negotiate and finalise the commercial terms and documents necessary to launch in Serbia and Slovenia and advised the client, which has so far predominately sold its world-famous fashion brands in brick-and-mortar stores, on all matters relevant to e-commerce, including the financing in relation to the additional stock required for such an extensive operation.

The CMS Slovenia team was led by Aleš Lunder and Saša Sodja, and supported by Irena Šik Bukovnik, Robert Kordić, and Amela Žrt. The Serbian team comprised Milica Popović, Ksenija Boreta, Ksenija Ivetić Marlović, Srđan Janković, Jelena Đorđević and Igor Đorđević
