The coverage of legal aspects associated with the seminar’s topic was covered by Ruslan Ostapenko, an associate of CMS Cameron McKenna.

The legal part of Ruslan’s presentation began with an overview of the most common ways of entering the Ukrainian markets and certain practical tips on how to make this start legally compliant and establish an efficient business presence in Ukraine. He also shared his experience on typical issues that foreign investors may face in Ukraine during the start up stage and the relevant practical solutions for handling them.

Ruslan Ostapenko comments: “We are very grateful to ICC Ukraine for the opportunity to meet with Portuguese delegation and a chance to share our experience in terms of practical approach of a foreign investor to the Ukrainian market.”
