14/07/2014

The partners at international law firm CMS Cameron McKenna are very pleased to announce that Olga Vorozhbyt has joined our Kyiv office as a Partner effective July 1, 2014. Olga previously headed the Disputes Resolution practice at the Kyiv office of Chadbourne & Parke LLP. As part of the CMS team she will continue to develop our litigation and compliance practice.

Olga`s experience in dispute resolution includes pre-trial negotiations, representation of clients at all levels in Ukrainian courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings both in Ukraine and abroad. Her expertise also includes settling corporate conflicts and advising clients on problematic dismissals; she advises foreign and local clients on compliance-related matters including internal and external FCPA-driven investigations, as well the mitigation of violations in Ukraine of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act.

Olga has been recommended as a specialist in dispute resolution by Legal 500, 2013 and 2008, and was included in the Best Lawyers 2014 publication in the field of product liability litigation. She has also been consistently recognized by the Ukrainian Law Firms edition for her exceptional work in litigation 2011-2014, international arbitration 2009 and 2010, restructuring and bankruptcy 2013, and tax 2013 in Ukraine.

The Managing Partner of CMS Cameron McKenna`s Ukraine office, Daniel Bilak, commented that: “Olga`s joining fits with our strategic plan to build a leading Dispute Resolution and Compliance practice to meet the needs of our clients in Ukraine`s volatile, but increasingly attractive market.”
