Mykola Heletiy is a senior associate in the commercial practice at the Kyiv office of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang. Mykola advises foreign and local clients on a broad spectrum of general commercial, employment, and competition law matters.

Mykola has extensive experience in advising clients on various types of commercial contracts, as well as on matters of data protection, advertising, consumer sales, and distribution with a particular focus on IT, telecommunications and media.

His experience also includes employment and migration law issues, focusing on recruitment, terminations, transfers, employee compensation and data protection.

Mykola also specialises in competition law issues, including merger control, concerted practices, and unfair competition. Mykola has significant experience dealing with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
