Evis Zaja is a Partner in Tirana office. She has joined the Tirana office on 2017 after an experience of 10 years in leading law firms in Albania. She assists international and local clients and her experience is focused in business law, including merger and acquisition, intellectual property rights, antitrust, securities, trusts & estates, immigration, employment and bankruptcy. Evis is specialized in corporate tax advice, project financing and banking, energy and oil sector, public procurement and concession.

Evis is the author of publications in international magazines such as World Trademark Review. She graduated in the Law Faculty of Russian Friendship University in Moscow (2004) and is member of Albanian Bar Association (2006) and Albanian Trademark and Patent Representative (2011).
