As a (junior) associate, you will learn the basics of the profession by working on exciting cases and helping to solve complex legal issues. At our CMS Academy, partners and attorneys-at-law give lectures on various legal topics. A lot of insights are shared, and you will also be exposed to different styles. Topics such as negotiation techniques, presentation skills and legal writing are also discussed. You will benefit not only professionally, but also personally. At the CMS Academy, you will engage with colleagues across different departments and therefore network right from the outset. 

The further you progress towards becoming an attorney-at-law, the more individualised your development will be. Step by step, you will assume more responsibility and take on more challenging tasks.
