Alexander Rakosi new Partner at CMS

International law firm CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz welcomes a new partner: as of 1 February 2013, Alexander Rakosi (32) is partner at CMS.

Dr. Alexander Rakosi, LL.M. (Michigan), has been a member of the transactions team at international law firm CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz since 2009. The lawyer completed both a doctorate at the University of Vienna and an LL.M. (Master of Laws) programme at the renowned University of Michigan Law School in 2005. After working at US law firm Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York for several years, he now contributes his international experience in M&A, restructurings, corporate finance and private equity to CMS. Apart from Austria, Alexander Rakosi is admitted to the bar in England/Wales and the state of New York.
