Jens Winter Is a New Partner at CMS

The international law firm CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz has expanded its circle of partners: as of the 1st of December 2015 Jens Winter (37) is a partner at CMS

Dr Jens Winter has been working at the international law firm CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz since 2008. He graduated from the University of Vienna’s Faculty of Law in 2005 and was, among other things, an assistant at the University of Vienna’s Institute for Employment and Social Law before coming to CMS. He was admitted to the bar as an attorney at law in 2010 in Austria. Jens Winter advises national and international companies, mainly on questions of individual and collective employment law, as well as works pension law.

He has been a lecture in the subject of employment law since September 2008 and also teaches economic, employment, private economic and social law at the University of Vienna. As an author of various academic papers, Jens Winter regularly publishes in Austrian and international professional journals and holds lectures on the subjects of pension fund law, works pensions and data protection, among others.
