Lisa Oberlechner Is Attorney-at-Law at CMS
Effective immediately, Lisa Oberlechner (32) supports the mergers & acquisitions team at international law firm CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz as an attorney-at-law. She specialises in advising on transactions in the finance and energy sectors.
Lisa Oberlechner studied law at the University of Innsbruck. During her studies she focused on European law, spending two semesters at the University of Salamanca (Spain). In 2010 she received an LL.M. in Corporation Law from the New York University in the United States, where she is also admitted to the bar and worked in a business law firm.
Lisa Oberlechner joined CMS Vienna in 2014 as an associate in the fields of mergers & acquisitions, banking and finance as well as corporate law. She specialises in counselling Austrian and foreign clients on international transactions and restructurings, particularly in the banking and finance sector as well as the energy sector. Lisa Oberlechner offers extensive legal advice to her clients, ranging from the structuring to the successful handling of transactions. She also advises and represents clients in regulatory issues, aspects of general corporate law and project financing.
