Benedikt Walch joined CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz as an associate in September 2017. He specialises in labour and social law as well as medical law. Benedikt Walch completed his law studies at the University of Innsbruck. In his master’s thesis, he scrutinised the topic of liability of maintainers of roads and pathways. Before joining CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz, Benedikt Walch gained work experience at several renowned law firms in the Austrian federal provinces of Vorarlberg and Tyrol and as a stagiaire to MEP Elisabeth Köstinger at the European Parliament in 2013. He is currently also a lecturer in rhetoric at the University of Applied Sciences BFI Vienna.
In addition to his work as a legal expert, Benedikt Walch is a certified ski instructor and ski guide and part of the trainers’ team of the Snowsports Academy.
