Christoph Wolf is a lawyer for employment law. He is a partner at CMS and heads the employment law team together with Bernhard Hainz. 

For more than 20 years, Wolf has advised companies in judicial and extrajudicial labour law matters, including the implementation of restructuring measures, the negotiation of works agreements and social plans, and the settlement of disputes with works councils and employees. He also focuses on assisting former state-owned enterprises and handling various labour law issues in the area of compliance projects. He also advises clients on working time law and legal issues related to the international secondment of employees, as well as on all compliance-related labour law issues. 

Wolf teaches labour and social law as an honorary professor at the law faculty of the University of Vienna.
