Daniela Krömer has been a member of the labour law team at CMS since 2013. Before joining CMS, she was a university assistant at the University of Vienna’s Department of Labour Law and Law of Social Security. She particularly focused on the topic of European labour law and received an award as the Best Advocate General in the 2008 European Law Moot Court. At CMS, she advises clients on all topics of labour law as well as on specialised questions of European labour law, for instance with regard to the international posting of workers, and particularly deals with questions of wage and social dumping as well as equal opportunities issues.
Daniela Krömer has authored numerous publications on labour law in German and English and also teaches courses in labour law in the University of Vienna’s LL.M. programme in European and International Business Law. She is fluent in German, English and Spanish and has a good command of French.
