Gregor Famira is a partner at CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz in Vienna. He founded the CMS offices in Zagreb (in 2003) and Ljubljana (in 2008) and also heads both offices. He also coordinates the law firm’s activities in the field of real estate in CEE. He has been active in the CEE region for 20 years now, during which time he has overseen numerous corporate and real estate transactions in the region.

Gregor Famira specialises in the asset classes hotels and commercial, advising owners, financiers and operators/retail businesses on transactions, rent and leasing contracts, franchise and hotel management contracts as well as real estate development projects.

In addition to that, he has focused on supporting mostly Austrian start-ups since 2005.

Gregor Famira is a partner at CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz in Vienna and founded the CMS offices in Zagreb (in 2003) and Ljubljana (in 2008). Since 2005 he has advised Austrian start-ups in the IT sector, mostly in the fields of telephony, gaming, social networking and computer vision.

He regularly deals with financing issues of early-stage enterprises, corporate law, data protection and documenting the respective business model in contracts. Understanding the particularities of every business, its goals and the way to achieve them is the foundation on which he builds to develop new approaches and advice that is both innovative and efficient.

In addition to that, Gregor Famira specialises in the coordination and legal support of transactions in CEE.
