Johannes Trenkwalder is a partner at CMS in Vienna and a member of our transactions team. He is an experienced specialist in national and international transactions and since 2000 he has been advising clients in Austria and across the entire CEE region on their M&A activities. In addition, Johannes Trenkwalder is author of numerous specialised publications in fields such as corporate law and company acquisitions.

Johannes Trenkwalder has been running the CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz Kyiv office since 2009 and during this time he has advised numerous foreign companies on their Ukraine investment projects.
