Miriam Mitschka joined CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz Vienna as an associate in September 2018. She studied law at the University of Vienna and the University of Amsterdam. Prior to joining CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz, Miriam Mitschka worked, among other things, as a university assistant at the University of Vienna’s Department of Labour Law and Law of Social Security, a research assistant at the Austrian Supreme Court of Justice and an associate at a labour law firm in Vienna. She wrote her doctoral thesis on contracts between health insurance institutions and providers of health-care services and goods. She specialises in (European) Labour Law and Law of Social Security as well as Medical law.

Miriam Mitschka is the author of publications on Labour Law and Law of Social Security and teaches Labour Law at Sigmund Freud University Vienna. She also gives lectures on Medical Law and Equal Treatment Law as well as on topics in the fields of leadership, HR and diversity at Austrian further education institutions.
