Anti-trust fine law applies to economic entities

Article 10 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union uses the term "economic entity" to designate several legal entities as being one company. This concept has been used by the community's decision-making practice to impose a joint and several fine on members of an economic entity. The following article follows the evolution of the term economic entity in anti-trust fine procedures and takes a critical look at the attribution criteria which have been developed in the jurisprudence.
