LAW FIRM FOR INSOLVENCY & RESTRUCTURING IN AUSTRIA

The reasons for a business crisis can be manifold, and the range of relevant areas of law is equally broad: not only questions of insolvency law, but also banking and finance law, labour law, corporate law, and tax law have great relevance in practice.

Our legal advice is primarily aimed at restructuring and reorganisation, not insolvency.

We rely on our many years of experience in restructuring and reorganisation of companies and groups of companies when we provide extensive advice on matters of insolvency law, as well as on reorganisation and restructuring of any kind and scope, to banks and other creditors, debtors and management, potential investors, national and foreign insolvency practitioners, and all other stakeholders.

In debtor representation, we consider our main duties to include preparing an orderly restructuring process, assessing if there is an obligation to file for insolvency, and providing support in drafting a restructuring plan. In bank representation, we also advise banking consortiums in particular on complex and often international restructuring processes. Furthermore, we support creditors in debt collections, enforcing collaterals, and defending against avoidance actions.

We provide advice on all matters of restructuring and insolvency to all stakeholders affected by crisis:
