David Prync joined the corporate practice of CMS Brussels office in 2011. David’s work focuses on domestic and international transaction matters as he specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital.

David holds a law degree and a special Degree in Economic Law from Université Libre de Bruxelles as well as an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from King's College, University of London.
