Guillaume is specialized in public law – especially in environmental law (permit, ground, waste and climate) and in energy law (the electricity market, green certificates, production/distribution/supply), as well in real estate development and town planning (including shopping areas). In these matters, Guillaume offers counsel and handles procedures for both private companies and public authorities.
In parallel, Guillaume has acquired solid experience as a jurist drafting regulatory instruments in environmental law (managing grounds, subsidies, planning) and in institutional law.
Guillaume joined CMS DeBacker in the department of Public Law in September 2012. He has also practiced with one major player as well with a Ministry of the Environment and Energy.
