Ségolène advises clients on various aspects of corporate law, notably mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructurings, start-ups’ incorporation, operations on equity as well as corporate governance matters, both in a domestic and cross-border context.

In 2015 Ségolène worked for Arendt & Medernach SA in Luxembourg where she also gained experience in banking and finance law.

She is fluent in French, Dutch and English.

Ségolène joined CMS in February 2018.
