Sylvie has expertise in the field of corporate taxation and extensive experience working for the real estate industry.
She advises clients on both domestic and international income tax matters and in particular with respect to restructuring and financing transactions. She also gained an excellent knowledge of registration duties and real estate VAT.
Sylvie negotiates advance tax agreements (rulings) with the tax authorities and provides assistance in managing tax audit and tax litigation.
Before joining CMS in 2017, Sylvie has worked for five years in a Big Four company as a tax consultant where she had the opportunity to work in a foreign office for one year.
She is also interested in wealth planning and taxation of expatriates.
