Tatyana is a Junior Associate in the Litigation, Arbitration, Insurance and Employment team. She is part of the Commercial sub-team at CMS Sofia dealing with non-contentions and regulatory matters. She has been helping for the development of the competition and IP law practice ever since she joined CMS in 2016.

Tatyana is an expert on GDPR matters and has considerable experience in complex due diligence reviews of documents regarding the specifics of IP matters, commercial, regulatory and litigious matters.

Prior to joining CMS, Tatyana has gained significant experience in the real estate sector during her work as an Assistant Public Notary.
