Carolina is a dual qualified lawyer (Brazil and UK) at the EPC department, working at the Rio de Janeiro Office. She has been advising a number of clients on establishing businesses in Brazil and on corporate matters, corresponding with Brazilian public bodies, commercial house, tax authorities and other entities. She also advises service providers and investors in Brazil in respect of Brazilian legislation on corporate contracts, corporate due diligences, E&P companies on their communications with Petrobras and the mechanics of their tender/bidding processes, a number of clients on series of software licensing agreements, service contracts, consumer protection legislation, internet legislation, gambling, term and conditions, privacy policy and data protection.
