CMS Geneva starts 2015 with a new tax team and stronger service offerings in M&A and competition

CMS Switzerland welcomes five new colleagues, introduces new tax services in Geneva and enhances the firm’s M&A and competition expertise

Geneva, January 2015. CMS von Erlach Poncet, one of Switzerland’s leading law firms, has expanded its tax, M&A and competition services with the addition of five colleagues. Andrio Orler and Pascal G. Favre have joined the firm as new partners in CMS Geneva along with their teams.

Andrio Orler will head the new CMS Geneva tax team. He is a leading tax lawyer and is a specialist in M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations, cross border transactions and the setting up of Swiss headquarters. He also advises a number of high net worth individuals and families on tax issues, including wealth structuring and estate planning.

Pascal G. Favre is an experienced corporate, competition and antitrust lawyer specialising in M&A and distribution law. He regularly represents companies in complex proceedings brought before the competition authorities and has particular experience of advising on concentrations involving Swiss or foreign companies.
