CMS: sale of ven­ture par­ti­cip­a­tion by Schibsted to Tame­dia com­pleted


After the approval of the transaction by the Swiss Competition Commission, the sale of the 50% stake of Norwegian media group Schibsted in Swiss Classified Media AG, which maintains the online advertising platforms and, to Tamedia has been completed. Schibsted was advised by a CMS Zurich team led by M&A partner Oliver Blum.

M&A partner Stefan Brunnschweiler had already advised Schibsted in the formation of the joint venture.
