Krystel Paschoud is a lawyer specialised in Swiss and International tax law as well as corporate law. Her field of knowledge covers, in particular, individual taxation (e.g. tax and inheritance planning, advice to entrepreneurs) but also corporate taxation (e.g. group restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions).
Krystel Paschoud began her professional career as a tax lawyer in the Vaud tax administration. She was admitted to the Vaud Bar in 2012 and then worked for two large fiduciary firms in Geneva, including PricewaterhouseCoopers SA, as Manager in the Corporate Tax Department.
She joined CMS in October 2018.
