Max Albers is mainly active in the area of domestic and international inheritance law and estate planning. He advises private individuals and family owned companies in succession matters.

He also acts as executor in estate matters. Besides, Max Albers is engaged in the area of corporate law and commercial transactions and represents clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Max Albers graduated from the University of Zurich magna cum laude in 1979 and subsequently obtained his doctorate in 1980. He was admitted to the Swiss bar in 1981 and completed his post-graduate education with an LL.M. degree at the University of Michigan School of Law (Ann Arbor, MI) in 1982. Thereafter, he worked for a large international US law firm. In 1985 he joined our firm, where he became a partner in 1991.
