Maxence Carron is mainly active in the field of litigation, commercial law and contracts law as well as construction and real estate law.

He graduated from the Universities of Fribourg (MLaw bilingual French - German) and Oxford (MJur). During his studies, he worked as a parliamentary assistant in Bern (Federal Assembly) and as research and teaching assistant to Prof. Franz Werro (Contract law and Torts; University of Fribourg). During his legal traineeship, he defended a doctoral thesis on termination of contracts for services (art. 404 Swiss Code of Obligations). He publishes regularly in the fields of Contract law and Torts and Unfair Competition law.

Maxence Carron joined CMS in November 2018.
