CMS advises the Koller family on the sale of the Hoegger Group to Provisur Technologies

The Hoegger Group, headquartered in Switzerland and with subsidiaries located in Germany and the USA, has joined forces with Provisur Technologies, Chicago / USA. Both the Hoegger Group and Provisur are leading global providers of industrial food processing equipment who are looking to combine their respective capabilities: While the Hoegger Group is focussed on form pressing, separation and cook & chill equipment, Provisur offers a broad range of equipment and integrated line solutions for processing meat and other food products.

Both parties are confident that the combination of strengths will further enhance their market positions, complement their respective existing business activities and provide for opportunities for continued product development and increased customer benefits. 

A team of CMS Switzerland led by Dr Daniel Jenny advised the sellers (the Koller family) on all legal aspects of this cross-border sale process.
