  • Sun Dreams: Participated on the team that led the merger of its operation in Latin America between the Chilean company of casinos and hotels and the South African gaming leader Sun International Ltd, becoming the largest hospitality company in the region, valued at USD 1 billion.
  • Estabanell y Pahísa: Advised on a joint venture with Asociación de Canalistas del Laja, for the development of three run-of-the-river power plants project with a capacity of 6MW in southern Chile. Ignacio’s work included the structuring of the joint venture, negotiation of building contracts and electromagnetic equipment supply contracts, as well as corporate matters regarding funding of the project.
  • Sonda S.A.: Participated on the team that advised Sonda S.A. in its capital increase, and placement of shares abroad, pursuant to Rule 144 and Reg. S, to finance part of a USD 700 million triennial investment plan.
