Panel Discussion: UK legal experts on Brexit (Prague)
CMS Prague Palladium Na Poříčí 1079/3a 110 00 Praha 1
The results of the UK referendum are in favour of UK leaving the European Union. No European Union Member State has ever left the EU so the process of withdrawal is untested. This is a new situation that many of us did not expect and many new questions have arisen about the legal implications of Brexit at this stage.
We are hosting a Brexit panel discussion, that will be held in our CMS Prague office on Thursday 14 July. English partners from the UK with various specialities shall be discussing the current developments and shall address frequently asked questions regarding:
The impact on existing English law governed agreements
Brexit boilerplate clauses
Dispute resolution in English courts
The use of English law in the future in M&A and financing transactions
Legal risks and opportunities trading with the UK post-Brexit
Places are limited, so please register as soon as possible to attend the panel discussion and learn more about the current views on the impact of Brexit on the future of English law in Europe.
