Lucie Smrkovská is a senior associate in the Real Estate Team and Head of the Leasing Practice at CMS Prague.

Lucie has considerable experience in real estate and construction law. She regularly advises on all types of real estate matters in the Czech Republic, including the acquisition and sale of commercial buildings, Real Estate M&A, and development and construction contracts.

Lucie also specialises in the asset management of commercial buildings and supports clients on the leasing agenda of their real estate assets in the Czech Republic.
