CMS Hasche Sigle advises ABB on the sale of its worldwide industrial furnace activities to financial investors

The ABB group has sold its worldwide industrial furnace activities to ABP Induction, LLC (USA). ABP Induction, LLC, is controlled by CM Acquisitions, a financial investor from Chicago, USA. A team of lawyers from CMS Hasche Sigle, led by the Stuttgart partner Dr Thomas Meyding, advised ABB on the transaction.
