CMS Hasche Sigle advises EnBW on acquisition of wind farm in Brandenburg

Stuttgart – EnBW Erneuerbare Energien GmbH has acquired a wind farm with total output of six MW in Christinendorf, Brandenburg. Two wind power plants are currently under construction and scheduled to commence operation this year. Construction of a third plant is planned for the first quarter of 2012.

A team from CMS Hasche Sigle led by partner Dr Jochen Lamb advised EnBW on all aspects of the transaction. The vendor of the wind farm is Ventotec GmbH (Leer), which has many years' experience in developing wind farms. Other projects with EnBW are expected to follow.

CMS Hasche Sigle has also advised EnBW on similar projects in recent years.
