CMS Hasche Sigle advises Marposs on acquisition of Brankamp Group

Stuttgart – The Italian company Marposs S.p.A., registered in Bentivoglio, Bologna, has acquired Dr.-Ing. K. Brankamp System Prozeßautomation GmbH and its subsidiaries in Italy and the USA.

A team from CMS Hasche Sigle led by lead partner and M&A expert Dr Peter Baisch advised Marposs S.p.A. on the transaction.

Marposs is a global company operating in the field of precision metrology equipment for machining operations. Dr.-Ing. K. Brankamp System Prozeßautomation GmbH has its registered office in Erkrath and is a highly specialised company which manufactures process monitoring and process automation systems.
