CMS Hasche Sigle advises RT / Raiffeisen Touristik Group GmbH on acquisition of Windrose Finest Travel

Berlin – RT / Raiffeisen Touristik Group GmbH has acquired Berlin-based tour operator Windrose Finest Travel. The acquisition is another step in the growth strategy of RT / Raiffeisen Touristik Group, which has developed into a leading tourism group in Germany in recent years. The sellers are the majority shareholder, Waterland Private Equity, and the founder of the firm, Hans-Peter Holzinger. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Windrose Finest Travel will remain an independent brand and business within RT / Raiffeisen Touristik Group GmbH. The sale will bring to an end Waterland Private Equity's successful investment after almost five years.

RT / Raiffeisen Touristik Group GmbH has consistently focused on growth in recent years. Windrose adds to the existing wide range of travel companies in its portfolio.
