CMS advises Evago Group shareholders on investment by KKA Partners

Stuttgart – Evago Holding GmbH, one of the world’s leading companies in the field of temporary infrastructure, has gained Berlin-based investor KKA Partners as a strategic partner.

A CMS team headed by lead partner Dr Heiko Wiechers advised the Evago Holding shareholders on all legal aspects of the sale of shares in the company and on the investment by KKA Partners.

Headquartered in Pyrbaum near Nuremberg, Evago is a leading provider of industrial services with a focus on the event infrastructure market. The companies in the Evago Group are represented in 17 countries. They provide products and services for the conception and implementation of major events, such as sports and cultural events, corporate events, live entertainment, trade fairs, conventions and conferences.

KKA Partners is a Berlin-based private equity firm which forges strong relationships with operating partners to provide entrepreneurial drive. KKA primarily seeks close partnerships with medium-sized companies in the German-speaking region.
