CMS advises shareholders in Panorama Fachkliniken on sale to Oberberg Group
Stuttgart – The owner-managed Panorama Fachkliniken hospitals in Scheidegg, southern Germany, have been successfully sold to the Oberberg Group. The shareholders in Panorama Fachkliniken decided to sell the private Hubertus hospital (which specialises in psychosomatics) and the Panorama specialist clinic for acute psychosomatics to the Oberberg Group for strategic reasons. The parties agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.
A CMS team headed by lead partner Dr Regine Hagen-Eck advised the shareholding Obenaus family on all legal aspects throughout the sale of the Panorama Fachkliniken hospitals.
The Panorama Fachkliniken hospitals were established in 1994 by the Obenaus family. Under the management of Erwin Obenaus and Oliver Obenaus, they became innovative service providers in the field of psychosomatics.
Berlin-based Oberberg Group is a hospital group founded more than 30 years ago. It operates thirteen hospitals in the fields of psychiatry, psychosomatics and psychotherapy at eleven locations in Germany. Adults, adolescents and children are treated at the Oberberg Group hospitals in individual, intensive and innovative therapy settings.
