23/11/2017

Stuttgart – The Robert Breuning Foundation has sold its stake in Besigheim-based KOMET Group to CERATIZIT S.A. The transaction was completed today, after the purchase agreement was signed on 12 October 2017 and the authorities in Germany and Austria granted competition law approval.
