Andrea München specialises in German, Luxembourgish and European financial supervision matters. She is admitted as a qualified German lawyer as well as an Avocat à la Cour in Luxembourg. Andrea primarily advises banks, financial service providers and asset management companies on supervisory law issues and related proceedings before the national supervisory authorities in Germany and Luxembourg and, on a European level, the European Central Bank.

German-Luxembourg cross-border mandates are a special area of expertise and in this context, she advises on investment law as well as general corporate law matters. Andrea is also a very experienced litigator in regulatory disputes, representing her clients before the national administrative courts and the European Court of Justice.

Initially a law lecturer at the University of Frankfurt, Andrea has been practicing as a lawyer since 2010. She joined CMS in 2016 and has been a partner since 2018.
